This is a major renovation of the kitchen area, nook and outside patio. We captured the patio space into the kitchen by relocating the existing exterior walls and reframing the ceiling area. The ultimate project will include a completely remodeled kitchen, laced in handscrapped hardwood floors, a substantially larger breakfast nook area and of course new texture and paint surrounding the finished project.
