The Elite Remodeling Team
We are extremely proud of the team that we have been able to assemble at Elite. We have deep backgrounds in the appropriate disciplines relating to managing and growing our business. One of key focus areas is education. Elite has more Certified Remodeling Designations on staff than any other Remodeler in the Greater DFW area. Our focus on education allows us to continually seeking ways to improve our soft skills along with our hard construction processes and methodologies.
Let me introduce you to Our Team, from left to right. By the way, this picture was taken on August 22, 2009 when Elite Remodeling received the Remodeler of the Year award from the Greater Dallas Home Builders Association.
Brent Taylor, Advisory Project Manager. CKBR, RCS. Brent has been with Elite since day 1, July 2002. He is responsible for the Project Management of customer projects to ensure they are built in a high quality fashion and delivered on time and on budget.
Celina Medlin, Finance, Accounting and Job Estimating. Celina is an Independent Consultant and has been with Elite for two years. She is responsible for all job costing and all finance and accounting related activities. Additionally, she is the master of our job estimating tool and provides oversight and guidance to company on its use and capabilities.
John Todd, General Manager & Owner. CGR, CAPS, CGR, CSP, CSM. John is the General Manager and Owner of Elite. John and his wife DeDe bought Elite in November 2004 and have worked diligently along with the rest of the team to reposition Elite from a discount Remodeler to a Full Service Value Added Remodeler. John is responsible for the Finance, Legal, Personnel and Marketing areas of the company.
John Voigt, Sales Manager and Senior Designer. CR, CAPS. John has been with Elite January 2004. John is responsible for all Sales and Design within Elite. John has a graphics design background which allows him to quickly and uniquely capture the customers requirements and convert them to an inspiration 3D rendering using our latest software tools. John’s designs have won numerous HBA ARC awards over the years.
Wendy Anttila, Interior Designer. Wendy is an Independent Consultant and has been with Elite for one year. Wendy’s role is to take a sold project and work through all the final designs, selections and physical layouts with our customers. When Wendy has completed her efforts, she hands the customer project off to Construction Team for the actual construction of the project.
Steve Adcock, Construction Manager, CR, CKBR, CGP. Steve has been with Elite since June 2004. Steve has 20+ years of construction background and manages all aspects of our Construction Projects including our Warranty Program. Steve and his team work with our Customers to build and deliver their “dreams” while simultaneously managing Elite’s internal processes and various Business Partners.
