Our mission is to be the Remodeler of Choice in our target markets through value based solutions and overwhelming customer service.

A comment we frequently tell our customers is …”we’re not done until you say we’re done!”   To ensure we stay focused on timely and quality service, we draw a 15-mile radius around our Showroom & Design Center and do our best to serve our customers within that geography. That said, we will occasionally go outside that boundary.   For us the key is to be able to move our team and our crews between customer projects in a manageable and timely manner.

Another key component for Elite is our replicable business processes.  We want to take full responsibility for all aspects of your project.  That way we can plan, schedule and adapt to changes as needed.  Occasionally, a customer will want to use their contractor, for example their own painter.  Not a problem, we just want to be able to schedule and manage that contractor within our process.  That way, we can ensure we maximize our schedules fully.

Paying attention to the details is important.  Our designs, planning, scheduling and communication skills are paramount to our success.
