The Greater Dallas Home Builders Association announced this month that Elite Remodeling had been selected as their "CAPS Designee of the Year for 2009." The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation program teaches the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry: home modifications for the aging-in-place. This award serves as affirmation that Elite truly stands out in our local market as the "go to" remodeler for Universal Design and Access solutions. We won this award previously in 2007 and coupling it with our ability to design, implement and then be selected as the HBA's ARC Award CAPS winner for three consecutive years is truly rewarding and reflects that great efforts of our entire team. As our baby-boomers grow older their needs around the house change, so do the required services we must bring to the market for this segment. At Elite, we continually tailor these services to reflect changing needs that may range from simple problems of getting around a home to just being able to more easily utilize the facilities of a home.
