ELITE REMODELING BELIEVES IN GIVING BACK

We believe that it is important to regularly give something back to our local communities. Be it money, labor or merchandise. We have two programs underway that help us help others. The first program is working with the local offices of Habitat for Humanity. When we renovate a kitchen or bathroom, we contact our local Habitat offices to donate cabinets, countertops, carpet, appliances, toilets, mirrors etc on behalf of our customers. This allows the Habitat to either sell the merchandise in one of their Restore facilities or use the merchandise in a home under their care. The contribution is also a tax credit for our homeowners. Our second program is where we, Elite, make a financial contribution to one of three local shelters on behalf of our customers. These shelters are the Genesis Women's Shelter, City Place and My Friend's Place. The Program is very simple, when we complete a project, we send a Customer Satisfaction Survey to our homeowner asking them for feedback on how well we managed their remodel across many different categories. For each returned survey, we make a contribution to one of these shelters on behalf of the customer. By asking our customers to help us improve our services, we are able to help our local communities on behalf of our customers. This past quarter we made a $300.00 donation to the Genesis Women's Shelter on behalf of 20 customers.
